Senior Sales Executive | Prime Central London
Mayfair, London W1 | Up to £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced London residential sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity within the Prime Central London market?
Our client is an established property firm based in Mayfair, looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join their growing residential sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in property sales and business development, who thrives on winning new instructions, achieving targets and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new business and managing residential sales from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Winning new residential sales instructions
- Conducting property valuations and viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and industry contacts
- Developing new business and consistently achieving sales and revenue targets
- Providing a high level of service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ London residential property sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets and winning new business
- Strong knowledge of the Prime Central London market
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions effectively
- Commercially minded, self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience working with HNW and international clients is advantageous
- Full UK right to work
