Property Manager | North & North West London
£30,000 – £35,000 + Commission & Bonuses
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity with a successful and well-established agency?
Our client is a multi-award-winning estate agency with an excellent reputation across North & North West London. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and driven Property Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a residential lettings portfolio, managing everything from move-in to move-out and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full property management lifecycle
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
- Overseeing property compliance, including EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates and EPCs
- Managing rent collection, deposits and insurance claims
- Preparing statutory notices and supporting tenancy renewals
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional landlord services
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ months’ property management experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident managing landlords, tenants and contractors
- Property management software experience desirable
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred
