New Homes Sales Advisor
Deeping
Salary: From £13.00 per hour (DOE) + Commission
Hours:
Thursday: 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
In office – catch up etc
Sales Site needs cover
Friday: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Saturday: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00 am – 4:00pm
Monday:10.00 am – 4.00pm 4pm -5:30 pm back in main office for hand over
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and customer‑focused New Homes Sales Advisor to support a brand‑new development in the Deeping area. You’ll be the face of the site, welcoming prospective buyers, presenting property specifications, discussing upgrades, and guiding them through the full reservation process.
The sales suite operates Thursday to Monday, so weekend and bank holiday working is required. This role is open to both full‑time and part‑time applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing and sales of new build homes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers
- Present property specifications, upgrades, and reservation details
- Maintain accurate records and complete sales administration
- Liaise with developers, solicitors, and internal teams
- Ensure the sales suite is professionally presented and compliant
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes or property sales
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Strong communication, organisational, and administrative abilities
- Confident working independently and managing a busy workload
- Own transport or reliable travel to site and head office
- Ability to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends and bank holidays
Package
- From £13.00 per hour (salary dependent on experience)
- Commission based on sales performance
- Full‑time or part‑time options available (potential for two part‑time hires)
