Sales Negotiator – Radstock
Location: RadstockSalary: £26,000 basic + OTE £28,000Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our clients team in Radstock.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering excellent service and achieving results. Whether you already have estate agency experience or have a strong background in sales or customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play an important part in helping buyers find their next home while supporting vendors throughout the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and building relationships with prospective buyers
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Following up with applicants and generating offers
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business
- Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve targets
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, personable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Driven and motivated by targets and results
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Positive, proactive and a good team player
- Experienced in sales, customer service or estate agency
- Comfortable using IT and CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence holder
