Senior Negotiator / Valuer
Are you a confident, driven property professional with a proven ability to win new business? A leading independent estate agency in Tring is looking to recruit a Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join their high‑performing team and play a key role in expanding market share across the local area.
About the Role
This is a front‑facing, instruction‑winning position for someone who thrives on generating opportunities, building relationships and converting valuations into quality listings. You’ll be the face of the brand—trusted by clients, respected in the community and relied upon by the branch to deliver consistent results.
You will be responsible for:

Conducting professional market appraisals

Winning new instructions through exceptional service and persuasive communication

Building long‑term relationships with vendors

Generating new business through canvassing, prospecting and local engagement

Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Supporting the branch with sales progression and pipeline management

Representing the agency with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For

Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions

Confident communicator with natural rapport‑building skills

Highly motivated, target‑driven and commercially aware

Excellent knowledge of the local Tring market (or surrounding areas)

Professional, polished and able to deliver a standout customer experience

Full UK driving licence
