Sales Negotiator – Estate AgencyStratford-upon-Avon£27,000–£30,000 Basic + Commission
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful estate agency in Stratford-upon-Avon who are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, personable and commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, working towards targets and delivering an excellent service to buyers and sellers.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the branch, managing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping progress sales through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up enquiries and generating new business opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets
- Keeping CRM and property records accurate and up to date
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident, motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- A proactive and results-focused approach
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A professional and personable manner
- A full UK driving licence
Salary & Package
- £27,000–£30,000 basic salary
