An established and growing independent agency with offices across Berkshire is looking for a business driven lettings agent to join their friendly team.
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Bracknell and surrounding area
Package: £24K – £26K dependent on experience with room to accommodate a Senior Lettings Negotiator at a competitive package. A multi layered commission and incentive structure allows you to earn £34k and more uncapped!!
Travel: Mileage paid for business travel or car allowance dependent on overall package.
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays.
Weekend working: Alternate Saturdays.
Events: Opportunities to take part in company social events.
Career Development: New Opportunities from within the company are encouraged to be considered.
Parking. Available on site.
As a Lettings Agent you will join a growing busy team that professionally attracts and supports landlords and tenants to deliver let properties to the satisfaction of both parties. Handling and actioning all front end enquiries, viewings, negotiations and lets, you will also be active in maxisimising all business opportunities during the course of your day. With high service levels at the front of your mind, you will also promote properties to encourage viewings and lets. Comfortable working with CRM systems, you will diligently ensure required documentation and notes are kept up to date in a timely period. This a fast paced and busy team which is doing great things in the area and making a name for themselves at the same time.
Skills Required for the role:
- Already have at least 6 months experience working as a Lettings Agent.
- Professionally presented.
- Fantastic sales, communication and written skills.
- Computer savvy.
- Social Media friendly.
- Team friendly & supportive.
- Own car and a clean UK driving licence.
