Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate AgencyLeamington SpaBasic Salary up to £30,000 | OTE £40,000
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency team in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established property professional who enjoys winning business, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and delivering results in a fast-paced residential sales environment.
The Role
As Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key part in driving the performance of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generating new business and identifying potential instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Following up enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Progressing agreed sales and helping ensure transactions reach completion
- Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve and exceed targets
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous residential estate agency sales experience
- Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Is confident, professional and commercially minded
- Has strong negotiation and communication skills
- Is proactive and comfortable generating new business
- Builds rapport quickly and provides excellent customer service
- Is organised, motivated and thrives in a target-driven environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Package
- Basic salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
- OTE circa £40,000
