My client was established in 1993, and they are now widely regarded as the premier Estate Agency in the area, offering a combination of traditional values and a quality of service that is second to none.
They are now looking to add a Sales Progressor to their busy office in Bexley.
The ideal candidate would be someone that has been a sales progressor or someone with either an estate agency background or a conveyancing background.
The Sales Progressor role involves dealing with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and efficiently right through to Legal completion.
Core Responsibilities
- Chain Management: Monitor property chains. Identify potential delays early. Keep all parties updated.
- Liaison: Act as the main contact point for vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
- Milestone Tracking: Track legal searches, survey results, and contract timelines up to exchange and completion.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues arising during conveyancing to prevent sales from falling through.
- Administration: Maintain accurate database records, update file notes, and issue confirmation letters.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Previous background in estate agency sales progression, administration, or residential conveyancing.
- Communication: Exceptional phone manner and clear, professional written correspondence.
- Organization: High attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities under pressure.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bexley and greater Kent property market is a strong advantage.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Package on offer
- Basic salary £30,000-£32,5000
- OTE £35,000
