Senior Sales & Investment Consultant – Manchester City Centre£30,000 – £40,000 + Commission
An exciting opportunity has become available with one of Manchester’s leading independent estate agencies.
Based within their City Centre Sales & Investments team, this role is ideal for an experienced property professional looking for their next career move. You’ll work closely with investors, buyers and vendors while playing a key role in driving new business and identifying opportunities across the Manchester property market.
The Role:
- Build and develop relationships with property investors
- Carry out sales valuations and win new instructions
- Advise buyers, vendors and investors on the Manchester market
- Conduct viewings and negotiate sales
- Proactively market properties through social media and other channels
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management
- Attend networking events and represent the business
- Work closely with the wider sales, lettings and property management teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales and/or lettings experience at a senior level
- Excellent knowledge of the Manchester property market
- Confident, outgoing and commercially minded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and car
The Package:
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
- Commission structure
- Company pension
- Monday–Thursday 9am–5:30pm
- Friday 9am–5pm
- Saturday rota
