Experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer – Bristol
Salary- £27-28,000 basic OTE £30-40,000

Our client is a highly regarded, successful independent estate agency with an excellent reputation in the Bristol property market. Due to continued success, they are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer to join their friendly and high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service throughout the sales journey.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator & Valuer, you’ll play a key role within the branch, combining property valuations and business generation with sales negotiation and client management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out property valuations and confidently advising prospective vendors
- Winning new instructions and converting valuation opportunities
- Building strong relationships with sellers, buyers and prospective clients
- Conducting viewings and providing professional feedback
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
- Proactively generating new business and identifying opportunities within the local market
- Managing sales and maintaining excellent communication from instruction through to completion
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve individual and branch targets
About You
We’re looking for an experienced estate agency professional who is confident, personable and commercially driven.
You’ll ideally be:
- Experienced within residential estate agency sales
- Confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Professional, positive and calm under pressure
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Naturally good at building relationships and gaining clients’ trust
- Proactive, self-motivated and ambitious
- Reliable, tenacious and driven to succeed
- Passionate about property and delivering an outstanding customer experience
