Senior Sales Negotiator / Branch Manager
Location: WorcesterSalary: £30,000–£35,000 Basic | OTE: £45,000–£50,000

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Worcester, is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Manager to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator ready to step into a management role or an established manager seeking a fresh challenge with a business that values performance, professionalism and exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for driving residential property sales, winning new business, building lasting client relationships and supporting the day-to-day running of the branch. You’ll lead by example, motivate colleagues and ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating valuations and winning new instructions.
- Negotiating offers through to successful completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors.
- Progressing sales and managing the pipeline effectively.
- Supporting, mentoring and motivating the sales team.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and increase branch performance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the property journey.
- Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in estate agency sales is essential.
- Experience as a Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager.
- A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organised and commercially driven.
- A proactive approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
