A long established independent agency in the Reading area is seeking an experienced Lettings Agent to join their team. With a solid background of working at the front end of the property business, you will bring from the get-go a professional, helpful and committed service to their clients.
Package overview:
Basic Salary: £30k – £35k DOE OTE £40K – £45K.
Days working: A five-day week Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and alternative Saturdays 9am to 4pm (day off in Lieu)
Parking Permit Available
Key areas of the role:
- Handling enquiries proficiently through all communications.
- Attending viewings, negotiating and facilitating lets.
- Building Landlord relationships and maximizing opportunities.
- Providing landlord and tenant assistance that respects current property legislation.
- Attending valuations and winning new lettings instructions.
- Bringing new lets onto the open market and generating viewings.
- Ensuring documentation is correctly updated and recorded.
- Business generation.
- Property Presentation.
With great knowledge of the Berkshire/Oxfordshire area, you will have a natural self-motivated disposition, working within a team driven to meet company goals. Effortlessly working with customer service at the forefront of your mind, you should have a friendly and positive approach with everyone that you work with. In this busy but rewarding role, you will use your organisation and prioritising skills to achieve best outcomes.
**Please note that you must have your own car and a clean UK driving licence to fulfil the duties of the role.
