Our client is a modern, ambitious and fast-growing independent estate agency with exciting expansion plans, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Professional to become an integral part of their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys every aspect of estate agency. Working closely with the business owner, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the business, taking a hands-on approach across all areas of the sales process.

The Role
- Managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales journey.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
- Supporting with market appraisals when required.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service at every stage.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within residential estate agency.
- A strong understanding of the entire sales process from instruction through to completion.
- Positive, proactive and commercially minded.
- Happy working in a varied role where every day is different.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to the success of the wider business.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
