Experienced Sales Negotiator – South Cornwall Area
£24,000–£25,000 Basic Salary | £35,000 OTE | Car Allowance/Mileage | Saturdays on a Rota
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the South Cornwall area, is seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This role can be commutable to from Truro, St Austell, St Mawes & Falmouth

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing sales progression through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
To be considered, you should have:
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in estate agency sales
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A motivated, target-driven approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Package
- Basic salary of £24,000–£25,000
- £35,000 OTE
- Saturdays worked on a rota basis
