Property Manager
Salary: £30,000 Basic + OTE £35,000 | Full Time
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join their established property team. This is a predominantly office-based position managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
This role would suit someone with previous property management experience who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling repair and maintenance issues from start to finish
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring works
- Ensuring property compliance requirements are met
- Organising safety inspections and certification renewals
- Managing tenancy-related administration
- Handling deposit release negotiations and resolutions
- Providing professional advice and support to landlords and tenants
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous property management experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
Package:
- Basic salary of £30,000
- OTE around £35,000
- Established and supportive team environment
- Full-time permanent role
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- One weekend per month on emergency phone cover rota
