Valuer / Property Appraiser – Didcot
Location: DidcotSalary: £30,000–£35,000 Basic | OTE: £40,000–£45,000
Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Didcot, is looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Valuer to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in growing market share while helping vendors achieve the best possible outcome for their property sale.
The Role
As a Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting accurate market appraisals and property valuations.
- Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
- Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market conditions.
- Following up valuations to secure instructions.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from instruction through to completion.
- Representing the company professionally within the local community.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator, or in a similar estate agency role.
- Has a proven track record of winning instructions and meeting targets.
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Is confident, personable, and highly motivated.
- Has strong knowledge of the local property market (or the ability to develop this quickly).
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
