What You’ll Do:
Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful salesConduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasmBuild strong client relationships based on trust and resultsHit targets and celebrate success with a like-minded teamWhat We’re Looking For:
A self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve and exceed goalsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive attitude and genuine pride in your workPrevious experience in property sales is not essential for this role.The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 – £50,000 are a realistic aim.
The hours of work are 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also work 9am – 5pm alternate Saturdays. If you are working Saturday, you will have a work from home half day during the week.
Own car essential.
