Location: Weston-super-MareSalary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)Holiday: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Our client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Property Compliance Manager to join their busy Property Management team in Weston-super-Mare.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing lettings business managing a large residential property portfolio. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organisational skills, and take pride in ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Property Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all managed properties remain fully compliant with current legislation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring compliance across a large residential property portfolio, ensuring all required safety certificates remain up to date.
- Managing HMO licence applications and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Monitoring and obtaining updated Right to Rent share codes where required.
- Responding to landlord and tenant compliance enquiries by phone and email.
- Handling telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing office support for emergency maintenance during periods of staff absence.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and ensuring key deadlines are never missed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the lettings, property management or residential property sector (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a CRM or property management system (desirable).
