Experienced Sales Negotiator – Leading Independent
Location: WolverhamptonSalary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression

The Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role within a busy and successful office, managing buyers and vendors through every stage of the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients and generating repeat business
- Progressing agreed sales through to completion
- Booking valuation appointments for senior colleagues
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors
- Ensuring CRM systems are kept fully up to date
- Working towards and exceeding individual and office targets
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- A positive, driven and target-focused attitude
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A professional and personable approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
