Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you’ll be genuinely valued, trusted and supported?
Our client is one of Shropshire’s most respected independent property specialists with an outstanding reputation built over many years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their friendly and highly successful lettings team.
Managing a portfolio of residential properties, you’ll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working alongside an experienced team that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently whilst providing an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of around residential properties.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
- Carrying out routine property inspections and end-of-tenancy visits.
- Negotiating and managing deposit returns.
- Handling tenancy renewals, notices and ensuring legal compliance.
- Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears where required.
- Resolving maintenance issues and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
The Ideal Candidate.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Residential Property Management or Lettings experience.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is confident working independently whilst also enjoying being part of a close-knit team.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using property management systems.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
