Experienced Lettings Negotiator
Location: Mayfair, London W1Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
Our client, a well-established international real estate business, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their Prime Central London team based in Mayfair.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven lettings professional with a proven track record of winning instructions, building landlord relationships, and generating new business. You will manage the full lettings process across Prime Central London, including Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, St James’s, and Marylebone.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new landlord instructions through networking and business development.
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Conduct rental valuations and market appraisals.
- Arrange and carry out property viewings.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress deals through to completion.
- Manage tenancy renewals and portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings.
- Proven track record of winning instructions and growing a portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of the London lettings market, ideally Prime Central London.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- ARLA qualified or working towards qualification.
- Existing network of landlords, investors, or industry contacts.
- Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, Turkish, or Spanish.
- Full UK driving licence.
