Lettings Manager
Honiton, East Devon OTE £38,000 – £40,000 + Benefits

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected property business seeking a driven Lettings Manager to lead their successful Honiton office and oversee lettings operations across East Devon. The Role
As Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the lettings department, managing a team and driving business growth across the region. You will oversee the entire lettings process while maintaining outstanding service levels for both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Managing and growing the lettings portfolio
- Creating and marketing property listings
- Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
- Supporting aspects of property management
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team
- Ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations
- Identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience within Residential Lettings
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
