Experienced Valuer
Location: Barnard Castle, County Durham
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an experienced Valuer to join their well-established Agency team based in Barnard Castle, covering the County Durham area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a passion for residential sales and valuations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse property portfolio, carrying out market appraisals, property viewings, preparing marketing reports, producing high-quality sales particulars, and delivering an exceptional service to clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and reliable residential market appraisals.
- Prepare evidence-based property valuations using comparable market data.
- Carry out property viewings and provide expert advice to vendors.
- Produce high-quality sales particulars and marketing materials.
- Maximise conversion rates from valuations to sales instructions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business while managing your own workload effectively.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in residential property valuations and market appraisals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and valuation targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
