We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Negotiator to join our client’s esteemed estate agency team in Benfleet. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and ensuring smooth negotiations from initial enquiry through to completion. Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and vendors to understand their needs and provide tailored property advice
- Conduct property viewings and present features effectively to potential clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and record keeping
- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales journey, providing updates and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise sales opportunities
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising
- Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently to optimise workflow
Skills
- Proven Sales experience (estate agency preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanour with a proactive approach towards client service and problem-solving
- Driving licence and own car

Basic salary £27,000pa
OTE £40,000 pa
