The Role
As Branch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the office, driving business performance while maintaining the outstanding levels of customer service for which the company is renowned.
You will lead from the front, winning instructions, developing your team and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from valuation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a successful estate agency team
- Driving branch profitability and achieving ambitious business targets
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Negotiating offers and overseeing sales progression
- Coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Monitoring branch performance and implementing growth strategies
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
- Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and company standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within residential estate agency
- A proven track record of winning instructions and driving branch performance
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent valuation and negotiation ability
- Commercial awareness with a passion for growing market share
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, driven and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
