The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the office, leading from the front and ensuring exceptional standards are delivered across every aspect of the business.
You will inspire and develop your team whilst maintaining a strong personal presence in the local marketplace, winning instructions, building relationships and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving branch profitability and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion
- Coaching and mentoring team members to maximise performance
- Monitoring branch KPIs and implementing strategies for continued growth
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the property journey
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest professional standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within residential estate agency
- A proven track record of winning business and driving revenue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team
- Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing skills
- A highly driven, target-focused approach
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- A full UK driving licence
