Senior Negotiator – Wellingborough
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Negotiator to join the respected team at Simpson & Weekley in our Wellingborough office. With our established presence in the Northamptonshire property market, we’re looking for a motivated professional to drive our residential sales operation forward.
About the Role
As a Senior Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exceptional service in the Wellingborough property market. This position offers an attractive salary package based on your experience and performance, with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential property viewings and effectively negotiate sales to maximize value for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
- Proactively generate new business through targeted marketing and networking activities
- Provide comprehensive market appraisals and expert advice to potential vendors
- Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and presented effectively
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong knowledge of the Wellingborough and wider Northamptonshire property market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Proficiency with property CRM systems and digital marketing tools
