Part-Time Property Management Administrator
Salary: From £18,000 per year (pro rata, depending on hours worked)

The Part-Time Property Management Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the property management function, ensuring effective communication with tenants and maintaining accurate property records. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks within a professional property management environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property and tenant records using property management software.
- Report property-related issues to the Building & Lettings Manager.
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide administrative support relating to tenant information, tenancy agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with compliance administration, rent collection processes, inventories, and tenant communications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the required standards.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors where required.
- Organise appointments, meetings, and property inspections efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised filing systems for all property-related documentation.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within property management or a related sector.
- Proficiency in Qube (ECS) or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
