Lettings Negotiator
Bishopston, Bristol £27,000–£28,000 Basic Salary | OTE £30,000
Are you passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a motivated and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and busy independent estate agency in the heart of Bishopston, Bristol.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting landlords and tenants throughout the rental process while helping to grow the lettings portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the progression of tenancies through to move-in
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and motivated attitude
- Professional and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
