Senior Sales Negotiator – Hemel Hempstead
An established independent agent in South Herts is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with a business winning mentality to join their team in Hemel Hempstead.
With the ability to generate new business and build strong relationships with clients, you will come with a proven track record successfully valuing homes and bringing them to market.
Our clients will expect excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure you are putting their needs first, with and appreciation and thorough understanding of the changing property market in Hertfordshire.
As well as carrying out valuations for the branch, you will be responsible for generating new business and supporting the team to improve and convert valuation opportunities. Supporting the manager day to day and in their absence, you will also be working with other team players on general estate agency business.

In return, the agency offers a basic salary of up to £30k and the opportunity to earn £45/£50k which is uncapped.
