Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister – Estate Agency
Caterham Surrey.
£25,000–£28,000 Basic Salary | OTE £60,000
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm | Occasional Saturdays

An established and highly respected estate agency in Caterham who specialise in the upper end of the market place, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join their successful team. This opportunity offers both immediate stability and excellent long-term earning potential within a professional, quality-driven environment.
The successful candidate will begin in an employed position with full support and structure during the first year, before progressing into a self-employed model with significantly enhanced earning potential.

Realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 with uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities
Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Generating new business opportunities and assisting with valuations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within residential property sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, target-driven, and commercially aware approach
Ambition to progress into a self-employed role
Local knowledge of the area.
Full UK driving licence required
