Senior Sales Negotiator – Boston
Basic Salary: £22,000OTE: £35,000 (realistic) Top Performers: £40,000–£47,000+Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturdays on rota

About the Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a key player in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the branch’s continued growth. You’ll handle everything from applicant registration to negotiation and sales progression, while also contributing to valuations and new business generation.
Key Responsibilities

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

Conducting viewings and delivering a standout customer experience

Negotiating offers and securing the best outcomes for buyers and vendors

Progressing sales through to completion with clear, proactive communication

Supporting valuations and generating new business opportunities

Building strong relationships with clients and local partners

Working to KPIs and contributing to branch targets

Acting as a senior point of support within the team
About You

Experience in estate agency sales (senior level preferred)

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded

Organised, resilient and able to manage a busy workload

Hungry for progression and motivated by earnings

Full UK driving licence
