Branch Manager – Sales & LettingsPreston, Lancashire£29,000 basic salary with a competitive OTE
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Branch Manager to join our Preston office and play a key role in strengthening both our lettings and sales performance. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a busy branch environment, supports their team with structure and clarity, and brings strong sales experience to help elevate our results.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our Property Manager to ensure the lettings side of the business runs smoothly, while taking full ownership of improving and driving the sales function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Property Manager with day‑to‑day lettings activity
- Setting up and monitoring weekly and monthly lettings tasks, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Identifying training needs and arranging development sessions for the team
- Overseeing branch standards, performance, and customer experience
- Leading on all sales activity, using your experience to grow instructions, improve conversion rates, and boost overall branch performance
- Working towards clear targets with a focus on increasing market share and revenue
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong sales experience within estate agency (essential)
- A background in lettings or property management (desirable but not essential)
- Confidence in leading, motivating, and developing a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to implement structure
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
