Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their successful Burton upon Trent office.This is a superb opportunity to join a professional and supportive team where your contribution will be genuinely valued.The RoleAs Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting property inspections
- Handling tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Managing deposit disputes when required
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
About YouThe successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in residential property management
- Possess a strong understanding of current lettings legislation
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Hold a full UK driving licence
