Associate Director/Senior Manager – Country & Village PropertyBasic Salary £40,000 | OTE £60,000+
Our client is a highly respected independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for selling quality country homes, village properties, and character residences across Wiltshire/Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking an ambitious and experienced Estate Agent to join their senior team working alongside the Directors with a view to fulfilling the Associate Director role and driving the business forward over the next few years.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished property professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in the upper-end residential market.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business generation, managing client relationships, and overseeing property sales from instruction through to completion. The position would suit an experienced Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager, or existing Associate Director looking to join a premium agency brand.
Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Continue to grow market share and increase turnover in the village and country house sector
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations
- Managing and nurturing vendor and buyer relationships
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Representing the agency professionally within the local community
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
- Proven estate agency experience within residential sales
- Strong valuation and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Professional, driven, and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the country and village property market advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- £35-40,000 basic salary dependent upon experience
- OTE £60,000+
