Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established, multi-branch estate agency with a strong presence across West Wiltshire and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team known for delivering excellent customer service and local market expertise.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers. You will also play a key role in winning new instructions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales from initial enquiry to completion
- Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Carry out market appraisals and win new business
- Stay informed on the local property market
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar property sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Package
- Basic salary £25,000–£30,000, OTE £40,000–£45,000
- Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (day in lieu provided)
