We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to join our client’s team in Basingstoke.Package: £30k – £36k inclusive of car allowance and OTE c£45,000. Weekend working on rota.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the property portfolio, bringing in new landlords and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including property viewings, tenant vetting and lease agreements.
- Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and competitor activity to support and advise potential new and existing landlords.
- Provide guidance and support to the lettings team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to properties and tenancies.
With already proven experience in a similar role within the lettings industry, you should be looking to continue to grow a proven track record of success.
