We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Negotiator who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, love building relationships, and have a natural flair for winning instructions, this role offers genuine long‑term progression — including a pathway into Management.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a busy pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Conducting viewings, negotiations, and sales progression
- Supporting with valuations and winning new instructions
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
- Working independently and as part of a high‑performing team
- Contributing to branch targets and overall growth
What we’re looking for
- Experienced Senior Negotiator with a proven track record
- Some listing/valuation experience
- Confident working on your own initiative
- Strong communicator with a proactive, positive approach
- Ambition to progress into a Management role
- Full UK driving licence
