An established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Witney is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while achieving strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities

Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties

Conducting property viewings and providing professional feedback

Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Progressing sales through to completion

Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities

Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants

Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
Requirements

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Target driven with a proactive and positive attitude

Excellent customer service skills
-
Ability to work well within a team and independentlyFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
