Lettings Property Manager

This reputable independent agent is looking for a Lettings Property Manager for their busy Cambridge office. The successful candidate MUST have previous similar experience and will be required to visit sites in and around Cambridge.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
* Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly (carry out visits to the properties as necessary)
* Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords (inspection reports)
* Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperwork * Arrange deposit deductions, dealing with disputes as they arise
* Carry out rent reviews accordingly
* Check and authorise invoices and utility payments

·Entering new cases on the system and keeping the Mortgage data updated.
·Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters. Liaise with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors and clients ensuring requirements met and tracking these procedures on the system.
·Ensuring acceptance terms and mortgage offers received as promptly as possible and checking these against application.

Full time: Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We are looking for senior property managers although training can be given on the commercial side. You must be motivated, professional and well presented. This role will be office based but you will also have to visit the properties to carry out viewings, health & safety checks, inspections etc so a pool car will be provided or a mileage allowance if using your own vehicle.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and salary depending on experience £21,000 - £24,000.
