Senior Sales Associate

A bit about the job...
- Helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you meet them.
- Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales.
- Prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings or booking appointments for the additional services provided such as mortgages and conveyancing.
- Generating new business and conducting property viewings.
- If you are an experienced lister then you are the perfect person as occasional valuations will also be part of your role.
- Due to COVID -19 some valuations and viewings are carried out virtually.

- Exceptional negotiation and deal closing skills are a must!
- Have a get up and go attitude, be fast paced and effective as well as working with passion and enthusiasm.
- You will be able to work well under pressure and be able to deal with stressful situations accordingly.
- You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused at all times.
- Getting stuck in and making things happen.
- You must be a genuine peoples person and have a true passion for helping people find their dream homes.
- You must have an impeccable telephone manner.
- Great work ethic with heaps of positive energy.
- Full driving license and your own car.
The Package...
- Basic Salary: £18,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings: £30,000 +
- Ongoing training and development.
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme

Administrator in Sales/Lettings

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established independent estate agency, to be based in their busy Brighton branch.
This professional client is looking for an experienced Sales/Lettings administrator to support their friendly team.
You must be professional, presentable and have a can do attitude. Property admin experience is essential, plus an excellent administration/computer, organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.
As a Sales Administrator, your Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of sales particulars
- Preparation of advertisements
- General administration
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries when needed
This is an extremely varied and challenging role and the ideal candidate will need to have strong administration skills.
You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and will be able to deal with all parties involved.
A good telephone manner and being able to work as part of a team are essential.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience.

Office Manager

A fantastic new independent firm in Brighton are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager who has a proven record in carrying out valuations and winning new business.
Main Duties for the Office Manager Role:
- Increase the company market share and promote brand awareness for residential sales and lettings
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market valuations, instructions and viewings
- Maximise board presence
- Achieve pre-agreed individual and department targets. Manage, develop and inspire the team.
- Arrange and attend market appraisals and viewings
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all parties.
The Individual:
- Extensive proven background in property sales and Lettings
- Excellent knowledge of business development techniques, marketing and winning new instructions
- Broad knowledge of the property sales and Lettings process
- Able to lead by example and inspire others
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Previous experience with a lettings/sales software would be an advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Branch Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator who wants a new challenge.
