Senior Sales Negotiator

Are you an experienced sales negotiator who is looking for the next challenge , with the ability to cope under pressure and be prepared to work hard and prove yourself. You must have at least 12 months estate agency sales experience working for one company to be considered for this role.
 
Our client is a highly respected and successful firm of estate agents based in Heathfield East Sussex who are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to enhance their successful team.
 
Duties will include
*Phoning out on new instructions
*Vendor contacts
*Accompanying viewings
*Cross selling Mortgage/ Conveyancing leads
*Sales chasing

Sales Administrator

A high calibre  firm in Hove are looking for a Sales and lettings Administrator to join their well respected team of Property professionals due to expansion and growth.
 
Responsibilities of the role:
 
- Preparing property details
- Processing exchange and completion paperwork
- Production of letters, memorandum of sale documents and window cards
- Processing AML checks and Property Information Questionnaires
- Ensuring that word processing/typing of documents is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Newbury Weekly News Advertising
- Franking of post
- Brochure ordering
- Stationery ordering
- Making up of Valuation packs and completion bags

Branch Manager

Excellent opportunity!! An independent estate agent in Brighton is in search of a Sales Manager.
 
Ideally looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their busy agency and help lead the team forward. The successful person will be an experienced estate agent with demonstrable sales skills. They will be driven and use that drive to inspire those around them.
 
They will also need to have exceptional interpersonal skills as a large proportion of the role is speaking to customers about selling their homes; an asset not just worth hundreds of thousands of pounds but which often carries an even more significant sentimental value.
 
The role will be part office based and part travelling to properties in the local area. Duties will include, though not limited to:
