Our client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to support the smooth running of the lettings team by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, flexibility and efficient organisation.
 
Some responsibilities:

Are you super organised and good with people?
This reputable property agents need someone to work with their tenants and landlords to ensure efficient planning and smooth operation of tenant changeover of their properties. This means checking the condition of the properties and agreeing any costs for works with landlords, tenants and contractors, organising works, ensuring checks-ins go well, whilst at the same time keeping everyone happy and on schedule. Other tasks include general maintenance, inspections, safety compliance and general office tasks.
Based in their central St Ives office for 40 hours a week, including 1 Saturday morning in 3 – Salary depending on experience.

In this varied post you’ll deal with all aspects of residential property management whilst providing a first-class service to landlords and tenants, embracing challenges and thriving in a busy working environment.

As a Property Manager you will:
·Assist in the day to day maintenance of property

Duties to include but not limited to:
 
·Ensuring that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way, that maintains a high level of customer care.
·Working on the annual budgeting process, proposing suitable income and cost levels for the branch.

Branch Manager

My client is a well established Estate Agency in Bury St Edmunds. They have unrivalled knowledge and experience of the local market and have a reputation for being both honest and trustworthy.
 
They are looking for an Experienced Branch Manager who has experience in sales and Lettings.
 
Your duties will include:
- Managing the office daily
- Covering Sales and Lettings
- Reporting figures
- Increasing Brand awareness
- Attending valuations (sales and Lettings)
- Networking
- Marketing properties
- Increasing market share
- Recruiting, training and managing staff

Working week -
- 5 day week

My client is a reputable, vibrant estate agent, looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and forward thinking property candidate to join their team.
This role needs an experienced negotiator to help it grow and progress further.
 
The successful candidate will be smart and professional at all times, punctual and will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills over the phone and face to face.
The duties will include:
 Arranging and accompanying viewings
 Returning feedback to vendors
 Arranging market appraisals
 Canvassing the area to increase stock levels and business profile
Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to a satisfactory conclusion.
