Duties to include:
As a Sales Director you will be in charge of all areas of Sales and Lettings, from generating business, winning business, viewings, negotiating offers, administration, sales progression and much more.
The ideal candidate must have experience at valuation level and above and be an open minded soul who is career motivated, customer centric and passionate through and through about property.
Above all else, you MUST be gritty, willing to keep going even when the market is though and passionate about valuing and networking alike.
Please note that duties will vary hugely, so you must be ready and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed.
The hours for this role will be 8:45am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
You will be working every other Saturday and will receive time in lieu for working a Saturday.
Although these will be your contracted hours, you will have pretty much free rein on working when you need to work! The firm are very relaxed and aim to create a welcoming and proactive atmosphere for the successful candidate.
You will not be restricted to areas, although based from the Pontypridd office they are eager to break in to the surrounding markets including Cardiff.
Our client will reward for hard work! They can offer the successful candidate a basic salary of £20,000-£24,000.
They can offer 30% of all revenue generated on properties valued and sold under £250,000 and 40% of all revenue generated on properties valued and sold over £250,000.
