Our client is seeking an experienced lettings negotiator to join their team and be based from the Stockport branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those wanting to develop and grow their career in the lettings industry.
Duties to include:
- Being the first point of contact in the office and on the telephone for the customers
- Registering clients and their properties on the property software database
- Booking valuation and viewing appointments
- Carrying out viewings and inspections
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in lettings and ideally the local market.
- Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident, well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Full Clean Driving Licence and Car which is legally roadworthy and must be insured for business use
- Committed to Full Time Hours and Saturday working on a rota once competent

Property Management Co Ordinator

Looking for a part time co-ordinator to join their successful team on the property management side. The company offer a comprehensive range of Estate Agency services and have a strong focus towards customer service.
 
Our client currently manage approx 180 properties and are looking for someone to work on the administration side of Lettings. The role would include property maintenance, arrange gas certs and electrical tests, arranging and conducting routine visits, completing renewal paperwork, dealing with checkouts and deposit disputes. It does not involve the accounts side of the property management function.

Our client run a very successful property business with a big focus on the investor market. With an increase in business levels, they are now looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator to continue to take this business to the next level.
 
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with estate agency experience looking to move into the investor market. You will have a large amount of autonomy and the opportunity to work some time from home, as well as in the office in Manchester. The business covers the whole of the UK, however you will have 3 main areas of focus.
 
Full training will be given initially, but you must have a good amount of estate agency experience under your belt. Once you feel confident in the role you will be in charge of your day and what you achieve. You will need to be a self motivated individual, who can think on their feet and build lasting relationships.
 
In return the company offer a very generous commission structure  and basic salary, OTE in the first Year could be £30-35k.
 
Hours of work  are 9-6 Monday to Friday and must be able to answer calls on an alternate Saturday 10-2.
 
Property experience is essential.

Responsible for ensuring clear and effective communications with the various parties involved, whilst displaying a high sense of integrity and commitment to customer support, service and satisfaction.
 
Demonstrating passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers and ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a slick, quick and efficient manner.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1.Professionally handle all enquiries from Customers, in a prompt and efficient manner, displaying detailed Company knowledge and offering guidance and advice throughout the buying and selling process.
2.Structured and organised approach to following up customer enquiries and meticulous gathering of customer information, which is recorded and maintained on the Company’s CRM system, Vebra.
3.Ensure excellence in the service provision through:
·Effective diary management in the booking of valuations and appointments/viewings;
·Efficient and immediate response to property enquiries from a variety of sources;
·Clear and effective communication to Customers and other parties;
·Enthusiastic style to an organised and planned approach.
4.Generate and Negotiate offers under the direction of the Director.
5.Manage the continuous progression of a property sale, ensuring the pro-active liaison with Solicitors and other agents as necessary.
6.Effective communication within the Team to ensure they are kept up to date and are aware of progress as well as challenges/hold-ups.
7.Responsible for compiling and generating reports as required by the Company.
8.Support with property viewing and valuations from time to time, as required.
9.To work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all team members to deliver results and ensure customer requirements are met.

The company is small but growing and all employees are expected to work as a team in a collaborative manner. You may therefore be reasonably required, from time to time, to undertake other duties by the Director or other Senior Management in the Company.
