Senior Administrator

Administration
 
1.Undertake all office administration in line with agreed standards
2.Support with booking of viewings; valuations and client appointments
3.Communicate regularly with buyers and sellers with tangible benefits to the business
4.Maintain an efficient and effective document storage system
5.Purchase of materials at competitive price ensuring quality and delivery to the highest standards
6.Ordering stationery  
7.Support the sales team in collecting information about a property, uploading photographs and listing onto the company website.
8.Maintain the office and premises so that they always present a great image to customers
9.Assist in referrals to third parties
 
Marketing
 
10.Responsibility for the coordinating of all marketing activity in line with the Company’s overall marketing strategy, managing marketing campaigns from start to completion
11.Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
12.Supporting external advisors with marketing activity, attending meetings where required and coordinating and collating content
13.Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects, liasing with third parties where required
14.Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
15.Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
16.Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
17.Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
18.Keep website up to date
19.Undertake social media activity in line with the marketing strategy

20.Maintain an efficient and effective document storage system

You will have experience within a similar role in the residential sale or letting sector and an ability to provide the very highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
Deal with clients on a daily basis both over the telephone and face to face;
 
Market properties via web portals and other effective media;
 
Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants;
 
Accompany prospective tenants when viewing properties;
 
Carry out administrative activities
regarding all aspects of lettings and
tenancy, including drawing up,
negotiating and interpreting tenancy
agreements, making recommendations
and taking action based on individual
requirements;
 
Deal effectively with any maintenance issues as and when they arise;
 
Add value to the office and the company by driving the business and market share;
 
Be an effective team player, sharing
information for the benefit of both
the company and the individual.
 
Full UK driving licence required.
