This position can be seen as an entry level into having your own branch to manage in the future as you will be working in a number of locations across the area of Surrey as a Floating Branch Manager.
You will become an important addition to supporting the continuing success of a number of branches covering holidays, sickness and vacancies.
You will lead, motivate and inspire the teams running morning meetings and coaching sessions. You will also actively work together to agree suitable strategies to match up properties to potential purchasers.
It is essential therefore that you have a minimum of a years' experience of successfully listing properties with a quantifiable record of turning valuations into instructions.
It is important that you are able to advise and support vendors with the sale of their home for the best price, and delivered with the best service.
You must have drive, flexibility, commitment, and determination, together with enthusiasm to set an example in this fast moving and successful business.
In return, you will receive a generous remuneration package with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months, uncapped commission, 33 days paid holiday, an extra day holiday on your birthday, a clear career path and company incentives to name a few.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with an OTE of £70,000. You will work a 5 day week, which will include working some Saturdays but not all.
