Exciting opportunity for RICS qualified Surveyor to join a leading Estate Agency company with offices throughout the East Midlands.

Our clients are a highly regarded and award winning estate agency firm with offices throughout East Anglia and The East Midlands. They are now looking to recruit a surveyor to cover their branch network.

Key Responsibilities for this Valuation Surveyor position will be to:

Carry out Residential Valuation Reports for lending purposes, together with RICS Home Buyer inspections and reports whilst adhering to audit and service level agreements with lenders.
Provide timely assistance and support with valuation analysis, market reports, queries and complaints to both internal and external stakeholders.
Be responsible for day-to-day work loads in order to maximise productivity and profitability.
Meet personal income targets.
Maintain service and quality requirements to company standards.
Report in an appropriate manner on performance issues in key areas to line manager as required.
Maximise the use of new technologies, systems and developing working practices.
Adapt as required to the changing business needs of the company and its clients to utilise new products and valuation/inspection techniques.
Assist in the implementation of risk management policies.
Assist the company through additional duties as and when required, including attendance at Chief Office, regional meetings and conferences.
Deal with any other duties as assigned by your line manager.
