Lettings Manager

Great opportunity for an existing Senior Lettings Negotiator / Manager required for family run firm in the Falmouth area with great hours and earning potential of up to £25,000 plus commission and OTE of £28-30,000 depending on experience.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of this successful & well respected agent.  The successful candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of lettings and property management legislation and be able to implement and manage systems.
 
The majority of the senior lettings negotiator / manager role will be to assist with the management and day to day running of the Lettings & Management Service.
This is a demanding and vibrant role, offering plenty of day to day variety including lots of interaction with the public, property visits, viewings, tenancy initiation, marketing and staff management.  
The role will be a mixture of office based work in addition to carrying out appointments
 
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation & property management
- ARLA qualification  (preferred not essential)

Salary depending on experience but likely to be in the region of £25,000 basic salary plus commission with Monday to Friday working hours of 8.45-5.15pm Monday to Friday and NO WEEKENDS (this may change in the future).

Portfolio Manager

Due to portfolio expansion we require an experienced Portfolio / Property Manager for an Established Independent Letting Agency with a superb reputation in Cornwall.
 
Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented portfolio manager to work in their Penryn office.  They are an extremely busy agent so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task and organise your own workload daily.  You will have at a year’s lettings or property management experience and be able to hit the ground running.  
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of managed properties from the point of move in to the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, check outs, inventories, quarterly visits and general landlord and tenant customer service.
 
In return you will be working for a very respected firm and receive a competitive salary, in the region of £22-25,000 and a pool car is available to candidates over 25. The salary is negotiable depending on the candidate though.
 
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with Saturdays worked on a rota, 1 in 3 (9am – 4pm).
