A bit about the role:
 
Working in our busy Ingleby Barwick Office 9-5, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 12:30pm. Free parking is available.
 
Ensure legislative compliance and demonstrate strong industry knowledge.
 
Consistently drive and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
 
Managing a portfolio of properties.
 
Motivate across the lettings team to achieve and exceed results, leading by example.
 
You must have:
 
Exceptional customer service skills.
 
Great telephone manner.
 
Minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management.
 
Hold a full UK driving licence.

Valuer

Valuer
 
OTE up to £30K, depending upon experience, comprising basic and commission.
 
Company car provided.
 
Required for a multi-branch, award-winning Teesside company offering exciting prospects and a great team ethic.
 
This exciting opportunity is within an established office with customer service at the forefront.
 
Management skills as well as valuation knowledge will form a key part of this role.
 
Hours of work will need to have some flexibility, but in essence are;
 
Mon to Fri; 9.00am – 5.00pm and Saturdays; 9.30am – 12.30pm
